Head of Sales and Partnerships

We are a niche APAC-centric placement platform with a strong presence in the global markets. Our team is highly entrepreneurial-minded, focusing on innovative sales strategies and product development in the advisory space.
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our growing team. As Head of Sales and Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading large institutions and developing relationships with key clients.
- Main lead for large institutions, maintaining and developing good relationships with institutional clients.
- Lead a team of associates and analysts, guiding them to achieve sales targets.
- Expand Finex's relationships with institutions, private banks, endowments, and corporate LPs.
- Support buyouts, credit, and infrastructure strategies.
- Assist in onboarding materials for new direct deals and Funds.
- Organize monthly road shows.
- Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience in institutional fundraising sales in the private equity market.
- A proven track record of raising capital is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
- An aptitude for sales and client relationship management is crucial.
- Bachelor's degree or above graduates are preferred.
