Our client is a top-tier global conglomerate company that provides various E-commerce services including Internet and financial services. They are now seeking a Head of Sales with strong relevant experience to achieve the company goal for further business expansion.

Exciting role for you

  • You will be responsible for the Head of Sales to lead the foreign exchange sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing their sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
  • Adaption to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Design and participate in seminars and webinars.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry as well as team management experience.
  • Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
