This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Country Manager/Head of North Asia Sales, you will have the chance to work with a highly skilled and supportive team to deliver effective marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Achieve new and additional license revenue targets across Asia.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Lead the sales team and presales team on specific deals, as well as work closely with the marketing function in the region.
- Proactively support sales and marketing campaigns as defined by the global and regional marketing functions.
- Be knowledgeable about different areas in SimCorp offers and become an expert in the value propositions of our solutions.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the team to deliver effective marketing strategies.
- Explore new routes to market.
- Identify and prioritize key players and top targets.
