About the Role:

The Incubation Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and success by identifying, evaluating, and nurturing potential clients. This involves building strategic partnerships and enhancing the overall value proposition of incubation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their business models, growth plans, and pain points, and provide detailed information about incubation products/services.
  • Partnership Building: Identify and evaluate potential partners to bring in additional resources, expertise, and funding opportunities. Initiate and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Program Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the incubation program, including creating marketing collateral and managing the program's website and social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Business Skills: Strong understanding of business models and growth strategies, with the ability to assess revenue opportunities.
  • Sales and Communication: Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms, along with experience in client relationship management and account-based selling.
  • Leadership: Ability to represent the incubation business at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and success stories to enhance brand reputation.
