Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

At Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Support the Relationship Manager in managing key partner relationships to achieve business targets by providing exceptional customer service and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with the company's strategy, fostering strong relationships with high net worth clients to meet team AUM and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Investment Advisory and product teams to provide investment portfolio analysis and advice to clients based on their needs, desires, and risk profiles.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop high net worth activities based on the team's resources.
- Be responsible for high net worth client services, including account opening, maintenance, and other related tasks, ensuring the credit quality and monitoring the margin level.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management, driving business growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- High level of customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
- Familiarity with Private Wealth Management business processes and relevant regulations, with a strong sense of risk awareness and compliance.
- SFC Licensed type 1 and 4 or HKSI LE Paper 1,7 & 8 or equivalent.
