What you'll do in the role
- Manage existing relationships with payment networks and brands.
- Develop new payment channel partners that align with our growing business needs.
- Spearhead the growth of our payment facilitator business and build a robust pipeline of high-potential leads and convert them into our customers.
- Work with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities to integrate and embed payments into their solutions.
- Engage with potential partners and negotiate agreements, driving the signing and implementation of contracts, ensuring the execution of agreement terms, and achieving shared business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, technology, and operations to drive the successful execution of partnership projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing market insights and data support for the company.
- Assist the sales team in acquiring new clients and support marketing and sales strategies.
Are you a good fit for the role?
- University degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in business or partnership development.
- Prior experience in fintech or payment is a must.
- Strong business negotiation and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills, able to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Highly proactive, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
