Strategic Partnership Manager

At Hyphen Connect, we are expanding our portfolio and looking for a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Strategic Partnership Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in business development and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in the retail industry. A proven track record of building and managing relationships with wholesale and B2B partners is essential. Experience in affiliate marketing, including recruitment and management of affiliate partners, is also desirable.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand wholesale, affiliate, and B2B channels, achieving revenue targets and maximizing market share. You will identify, evaluate, and onboard new wholesale and B2B partners, creating sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships. You will also manage affiliate partnerships by identifying and recruiting affiliates who align with our brand, overseeing performance, and optimizing for growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results. You will also require analytical skills, with experience using CRM and analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Self-motivation and organization are essential, as you will be working effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
