Strategic Partnership Manager for Growth

At MatchTalent Limited, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in technology services and partner ecosystem development.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Development: Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand our service offerings and market reach through collaborative efforts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective partner sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize partner engagement and service delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in partner sales management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector.
- A proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving sales growth.
- A strong understanding of innovative technology services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
