Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to drive adoption of OSL's Omnibus products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and client needs, enabling tailored presentations and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products, enhancing the client experience.
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners to maximize product utilization and satisfaction.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with brokerage firms or similar entities.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, with specific knowledge of Omnibus products being advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
