Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of strategic partnerships with corporates in Hong Kong and beyond. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential partners, building relationships, and negotiating collaborations that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the roadmap for brand penetration in corporates, focusing on new customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner companies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for partnerships and evaluate their potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business proposals and partnership plans that create win-win situations.
Requirements:
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong network and relationships with corporates in Hong Kong and Asia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
