Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing bancassurance partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Create sales materials, including call scripts and presentation decks.
  • Pitch for new bancassurance partnerships.

Requirements:
  • University degree with 7 years of experience in insurance business development or sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages.

Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel to Macau.
