Sales Strategy Leader

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, relevant regulations, and excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to enhance sales performance and meet revenue objectives.
- Cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry through strategic partnerships and networking.
- Presentation of proposals, negotiation of terms and conditions, management of customer inquiries, and oversight of payment processes.
- Negotiation of contracts and collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
