**Classy Wheeler Limited: A Regional IT Services Provider**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and working closely with the Country Head to develop and define the business strategy for Hong Kong.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in regional sales, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing a team. You will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, building pipelines, and developing strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other functions and business groups to ensure the soundness of business judgment for potential business growth and partnership opportunities. You will also provide leadership and direction to your team, oversee the development of competencies and career progression, and identify and groom potential successors to key positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team and work with the Country Head to develop and define the business strategy for Hong Kong.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize market, business, and intelligence related to various businesses in different verticals.
- Build pipelines and develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share.
- Work with other functions and business groups to ensure the soundness of business judgment for potential business growth and partnership opportunities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team in driving the business and oversee the development of competencies and career progression of team members.
Requirements:
- Degree or higher with at least 15 years relevant experience in account management in the Telco or system integrators industries.
- Strong sales track record in regional MPLS, Unified Communications, managed Video Conferencing, network optimization, managed security solutions, infrastructure integration, etc.
- An excellent sales track record.
- Candidates with MNC experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and creative.
