Regional Business Development Manager

The Sales Area Manager will play a critical role in driving Maserati's commercial success in the SEAP region. This position requires a strong leader who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage dealer networks, and provide strategic guidance to importers.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Create and execute long-term sales plans that align with regional business objectives. Develop and manage monthly production order planning (PO) to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet retail targets.
- Dealer Network Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing them with the necessary tools and support to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor dealer operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and senior leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
