Regional Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the sustainable growth of revenue and earnings of PartnerRe's life reinsurance business for the South Asia markets.
As Regional Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing market and client strategies and business plans for your region in line with PartnerRe's global Life & Health strategy and goals.
- Lead your team to deliver targeted results and profitability in line with aforementioned strategies and business plans.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to successfully prioritise and deliver PartnerRe's differentiated solutions and services to clients.
You will build and own client relationships across all working levels and functions, focusing on senior management, C-suites, and other key decision-makers.
