\As a key player in the industry, we are expanding our Customer Success Function to include Customer Success Managers in Asia responsible for high-value Enterprise Accounts. This proactive function ensures customers receive value from our products, reducing churn and driving growth opportunities.
\The Role
\As a Customer Success Leader, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships within your assigned account base, developing strategic plans aligned with customer objectives, and monitoring customer satisfaction via business reviews, adoption, and CSAT/NPS scores.
\You will proactively identify expansion opportunities, support customers through upgrade processes, and facilitate timely issue resolution. A proven track record of overachieving KPIs and driving results is essential for this role.
