Enterprise Customer Success Specialist

Dynatrace software GmbH is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our platform by our largest enterprise customers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized engagement plans that drive customer success and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud and DevOps technologies, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively engage with executive-level customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and growth of our platform.
- Provide expert-level support to customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical account management or similar position.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven customer success programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
