About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in providing strategic negotiation on bidding status to close deals and deliver sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and increase win rates through positive client relationships, early engagement, solution selling, value proposition, and strategic planning.
  • Responsible for implementing marketing strategies and promoting Schneider's Data Centre solutions including UPS, CRAH, InRow, Rack & rPDU, DCIM, with software intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to provide commercial and technical solutions to serve customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Building Services.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and strategic plan implementation in B2B.
  • Exceptional result-oriented individual who is ambitious, assertive, and has a strong drive to win.
