About Our Team
Our team at LinkedIn is dedicated to helping our customers achieve their business goals through effective customer success strategies.
We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can partner closely with our sales partners to ensure that our customers get the most out of their investment in our hiring solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, product training and enablement, project management, or change management. They should also have strong knowledge of the customer success industry and be able to understand their customer's business objectives and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to drive overall customer adoption and retention
- Develop and implement measurable success plans with customers
- Provide ongoing consultation to customers to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve operational priorities
- Lead and maintain deep understanding of LinkedIn products and industry knowledge to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality
- Identify churn risk and maintain healthy customer engagement levels by identifying low utilization and providing solutions to further drive customer success
