Customer Success Strategist

As a Customer Success Strategist at dynaTrace software GmbH, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our largest customers. You will be the trusted advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. Customers hold you in high regard as experts and rely on you to guide them through ways of obtaining the most outstanding value from their Dynatrace solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, allowing retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship. As a subject matter expert, you will provide advice and guidance to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on Dynatrace product adoption
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customer-specific solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
