Transformative Opportunity

Serve as a Customer Champion and Advocate to ensure LinkedIn Customers achieve significant returns on investment (ROI) and drive business success with their Hiring Solutions investment.

The role requires partnering closely with assigned sales partners to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and deliver measurable results. As a CSM, you will be tasked with:

  • Partnering with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Developing customized solutions to help customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of their LinkedIn Hiring Solutions investment.
  • Maintaining deep understanding of LinkedIn products and industry trends to effectively drive customer engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Aligning with internal teams to drive overall customer adoption, enhance customer success, and mitigate churn risk.
  • Building measurable success plans and setting a cadence of communication to deliver ROI and operational reviews.
  • Providing best practices to help drive user behavior and product adoption.
  • Managing projects geared to drive adoption of new products and services with customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Product Training, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and expertise in presenting to both small and large audiences.
