We're looking for a Community Associate to join our team and create a positive and welcoming environment for our members. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the community space, and fostering strong relationships with members.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality and Membership Engagement:
    • Ensure that all members feel welcome and supported throughout their experience with us.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Building Operations and Management:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community space, including maintenance and repairs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • WeWork Product Support:
    • Provide training and support to new members on how to use WeWork products and services.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong sense of ownership. If you're a natural problem-solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of full-time working experience, preferably in high-end hospitality, co-working, retail, or F&B industry.
  • Must have verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in English speaking and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
  • Passion and understanding of WeWork's mission and values.
