We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Strategist to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance customer loyalty and engagement in the Forex, Crypto, and Stock trading markets. This role will focus on retaining customers, driving repeat business, and ensuring high lifetime value through personalized communication and retention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retention Strategy Development: Design and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value for our Forex/Crypto/Stock trading platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other related teams to optimize user experience, product offerings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee targeted retention campaigns (e.g., email, push notifications, SMS) to re-engage users and improve retention rates.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage customer data, insights, and behavior patterns to identify at-risk traders and craft personalized retention campaigns.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and churn reduction.
