\As a key player in the industry, we are expanding our Customer Success Function to include Customer Success Managers in Asia responsible for high-value Enterprise Accounts. This proactive function ensures customers receive value from our products, reducing churn and driving growth opportunities.
\The Role
\As an Enterprise Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships within your assigned account base, developing strategic plans aligned with customer objectives, and monitoring customer satisfaction via business reviews, adoption, and CSAT/NPS scores.
\You will proactively identify expansion opportunities, support customers through upgrade processes, and facilitate timely issue resolution. A proven track record of overachieving KPIs and driving results is essential for this role.
\Your Profile
\To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success roles, preferably in the SaaS and/or Enterprise space. Fluency in Mandarin is required to support clients in North Asia.
\A strong understanding of the SaaS business model and familiarity with customer success methodologies and best practices are necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in data analysis, and a customer-centric approach are also required.
