About the Position

\

We are seeking an experienced customer success professional to join our team as an Asia Enterprise Customer Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with high-value Enterprise Accounts in Asia, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

\

Your Key Responsibilities

\

Cultivate strong relationships within your assigned account base, develop strategic plans aligned with customer objectives, and monitor customer satisfaction via business reviews, adoption, and CSAT/NPS scores.

\

Proactively identify expansion opportunities, support customers through upgrade processes, and facilitate timely issue resolution. A strong understanding of the SaaS business model, fluency in Mandarin, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
