Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly-driven and motivated Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our fun, professional and dedicated Enterprise Acquiring & Account Management Team based in Hong Kong.
About the Job- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our existing key enterprise client accounts from industries such as Banking & Finance, Insurance, FMCG, etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by deeply learning their businesses and aligning our payment & CRM solutions to meet their business and marketing needs and strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing client accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, as well as identifying new use cases.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including finance, SDE operation and product development to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Drive ongoing, strategic engagement with our client accounts and ensure ROI achievement through periodic business reviews that provide relevant KPIs & analysis, best practices, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with local and merchant sales teams to develop and execute account plans for driving business growth.
