About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Workiva Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and expand our customer base through strategic partnerships and effective communication with executive-level buyers and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform and address customer pain points.
• Engage and work with Workiva's partner base to source and influence license opportunities within prospective clients and customers.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy with purposeful action to secure the sale and meet or exceed sales quota targets.
• Communicate effectively with clients based in Taiwan and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales.
• Manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously and prioritize selling activities to ensure timely follow-through.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in a related role, enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Proficient in both Cantonese and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients based in Taiwan.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
• Ability to demonstrate complex software applications.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business challenges.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level.
• Ability to identify and understand the power of influencers versus buyers and how to navigate the nuances of each during the sales cycle.
• Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value.
• Motivated, driven, and eager to make an impact.

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions:
Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events. Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
