Account Growth Specialist

As an Account Growth Specialist at HR Plus, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and promoting innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders in networking infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Engage in regular discussions to understand their initiatives, challenges, and requirements.
- Technology & Solution Engagement:
- Present the company's value proposition, capabilities, and track record of success.
- Facilitate engagement with key stakeholders to develop technology and investment roadmaps.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, consultants, and specialists, to develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Teams, pre-sales support, project, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Bid Management:
- Manage multi-vendor solution bids, ensuring a strong competitive position through understanding stakeholder needs, budget constraints, and competitor strategies.
- Business Development:
- Regularly connect with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to manage vendor relationships and support key deals.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team head to discuss strategic deals, key customer engagements, and business development priorities.
- Lead Generation & Marketing:
- Participate in lead-generation and marketing activities to drive business momentum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in IT sales or consulting.
- Strong desire to learn and grow, with exposure to a wide range of technology solutions and solution-selling approaches.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient, with excellent self-discipline.
- Open-minded, a team player, and passionate about business and personal growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Putonghua is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
