Account Growth Lead

We are seeking an Account Growth Lead to join our team at Axis Communications. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing potential key accounts and authorized partners within the designated region.
Your main focus will be on establishing and developing relationships with these accounts to foster growth and development. You will collaborate closely with our Distribution Account Manager to recruit potential partners and enhance sales opportunities with distributors.
As an Account Growth Lead, you will handle incoming sales calls, manage the lead queue within Salesforce, and qualify authorized partners. You will also work with distributors to identify potential business opportunities from marketing event leads.
This role involves actively approaching, identifying needs, and providing timely sales support to selected authorized partners. You will serve as the business owner of marketing events, including partner forums, business seminars, and academy fundamentals, to support channel development activities and partner training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Distribution Account Manager in driving distributor sales to 2nd tier partners, achieving sales targets set for named partners;
- Collaborating with the Distribution Account Manager to drive and support the distributor's sales team in identifying and developing a pool of potential key accounts and authorized partners for Axis;
- Handling incoming sales calls, managing the lead queue within Salesforce, and qualifying authorized partners;
- Actively approaching selected authorized partners, identifying their needs, and providing timely sales support;
- Serving as the business owner of marketing events to support channel development activities and partner training;
- Regularly participating in marketing events to connect with customers, deliver Axis value to partners, and recruit new partners;
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development;
- Basic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams;
- Proficient in multi-task management and problem-solving;
- Sales-driven mindset;
