Account Growth Specialist

We're seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at EventX.
This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the event technology industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in growing revenue and expanding market share.
About the Role- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the event technology industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold-calling and pitching.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company's objectives and directions.
- 3-5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a tech or SaaS-related field.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to pitch, prospect, and close deals across various account sizes, from general to key accounts.
- Strong experience in key account servicing, with a track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.
- Background in customer success (CS) and operations, preferably with experience and connections in the event tech or event industry.
- Highly motivated, quick learner, adaptable, agile, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.
