Revenue Growth Specialist

ConnectedGroup is seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and drive business growth through existing merchant relationships.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand existing merchant relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for business negotiation and contract management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales/account management.
  • Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
