Strategic Relationship Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing a designated portfolio of commercial banking clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the portfolio, leveraging relationships to cross-sell corporate banking services and expand the business.
- Driving individual business targets and contributing to the overall performance of the team.
- Prioritizing credit quality through proactive monitoring and review, ensuring the integrity of our lending practices.
- Mentoring junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Degree holder or above with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in commercial banking, preferably in a similar business segment.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services, as well as general banking operations and legal requirements.
- Experience in preparing credit proposals, with a solid understanding of the underlying processes and risks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with a strong command of local dialects.
