At Nicoll Curtin, we are expanding our Strategy & Research team in Hong Kong to drive key strategic initiatives and spearhead the direction of our core products. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Research, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on emerging industry trends and key business decisions, optimizing processes and orchestrating initiatives.
  • Develop domain expertise in Trading, Loyalty Programme Design, Payments, and other relevant areas, designing and driving new features to success.
  • Design optimal pricing strategies for all core products, aligning business priorities with management.
  • Produce thematic research memos to inform market strategy, generating insights and views on the market.
  • Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
  • Evaluate and drive strategic opportunities, project business results, and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and directions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Equity Research.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel modeling and ability to generate data-driven insights.
  • Proven ability in designing reputable go-to-market strategies.
  • A good knowledge of SQL and Tableau would be highly advantageous.
  • A structured approach in thinking, analysis, and output generation.
  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills, with a quick learning ability to translate knowledge into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative teamwork approach, demonstrated through coordinating complex projects across multiple work-streams.
  • Solid communication skills and proven ability to work with senior-level stakeholders.
