Luxury Retail Expansion

MCG Talent is partnering with a luxury retail brand to expand its presence in the SEA market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships that drive company growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive expansion into new markets in SEA.
  • Manage the P&L for new branch offices and take overall ownership of business execution for the branch.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, PARTNERS, INFLUENCERS, AND CLIENTS IN THE REGION.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Travel extensively within assigned regions to meet clients and explore business opportunities.

About You:

  • A minimum of 8 years of business development experience or related roles with international exposure; Clubhouse or retail management experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a highly motivated and can-do attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to speak the local language.
