As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will drive business growth and achieve financial/market share targets in the Hong Kong Workstation business. You will manage relationships with sales/marketing/operation teams and develop thoughtful business strategies for success.

The ideal candidate has robust business acumen and 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience. Strong communication and influence skills are essential, as well as an understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry, and distribution business.

You will prioritize lists of accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives. Quarterly business reviews with Workstation Specialized Partners (WSP) will identify and develop new selling opportunities.

This role requires strong inter-personal and communication skills, excellent presentation skills to CXO level, and entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate must have extensive experience selling in the Hong Kong market.
