Cloud Territory Business Growth Specialist

Amazon Web Services, a leading cloud provider for over 15 years, offers a comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. Our services include over 200 fully featured offerings, managed from 81 availability zones within 25 geographic regions worldwide. We serve millions of customers in over 190 countries, ranging from the fastest-growing startups to the largest enterprises and government agencies.

The FSI DNB HK team is a newly established unit with a global perspective. We specialize in serving Web3 customers with financial attributes, empowering them on their cloud journey with AWS to accelerate business growth and drive innovation worldwide.

We are seeking a Cloud Territory Business Growth Specialist to develop strategic plans for our territory's business growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Demand Generation Representative, and Partner teams to create compelling value propositions around AWS services and execute a long-term strategy to drive revenue and market share in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services within a defined territory.
  • Design and execute a territory business strategy plan to drive revenue and market share, meeting or exceeding yearly targets.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, including executive coverage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Demand Generation Representative, and Partners to acquire new customers, manage pipelines, and amplify efforts to drive new customer acquisition and AWS adoption.
  • Ensure continuous learning to stay up-to-date on IT/cloud and Web3 industry business knowledge to better serve customers.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT technology.
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of territory growth and quota attainment, covering enterprises and named accounts in Hong Kong/Mainland with complex deals engagement experience.
  • Experience in acquiring customers from zero to one and from one to ten.
  • Familiarity with new innovation technologies around Web3/Financial industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer Science background preferred, with knowledge and experience on large-scale IT/cloud projects.
  • Experience in Financial industry customers.
  • Experience in co-selling with partners.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
