About the Role

The Senior Business Growth Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expansion at Monotype. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, and design markets, as well as experience in developing and executing sales strategies. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Present product/service features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of sales initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain CRM system to accurately track customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and pipeline development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • A strong understanding of the software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, and design markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Understanding of CRM technology.
