About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a small team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders. This includes formulating brand-building plans, managing content across various channels, and cultivating relationships with key donors and collaborators.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in communications, preferably with 5-10 years of experience at a senior level in related fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills, as well as strong presentation and copywriting abilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and development through creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing and communication plans to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  2. Manage and review content across online and offline channels to raise awareness about our organization.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key donors and collaborators.
  4. Review and recommend fundraising proposals for approval.
  5. Organize and implement fundraising events.
