Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at Cartrack. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through business sales calls, emails, or social networks to prospect clients. You will research potential clients and qualify them as prospects, maintaining effective communication and securing sales appointments. Additionally, you will produce daily sales progress updates/reports and promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.

You will also identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches and diligently update the Sales Team and CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should have extensive experience in communicating with people at all levels, with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven can-do attitude. Proficiency in Chinese and English communication in both written and oral forms is also required.
