About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our Sales Solutions team in Greater China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with senior-level sales professionals in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts.
- Inspire yourself, our company, and your customers to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers.
- Leverage your skills and your customers' experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process.
- Consistently overachieve business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan.
- Drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful.
- Work to develop and circulate a set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team.
- Engage and negotiate with Senior Executives within Enterprise Organizations, understanding the nuances of the Greater China region and decision-making processes.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software platform solutions.
- Proven experience working with clients in Greater China or supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion.
