CANOPY is a leading provider of wealth data aggregation and insights solutions. Our platform helps high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and wealth professionals make informed investment decisions with access to anonymized financial data.
We specialize in delivering seamless account aggregation, portfolio analytics, and client reporting to Family Offices, HNWIs, Wealth Managers, External/Independent Asset Managers, Private Bankers, Trustees, and Fiduciaries.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to drive client renewals, upsells, and commercial negotiations. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for business discussions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, organisational structure, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through email, calls, and in-person meetings.
- Proactively manage and drive client contract renewals, ensuring high retention rates.
- Identify and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities with the sales team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing structures to optimize client value and business revenue.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the financial services or SaaS industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion.
- Analytical ability to assess client data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and client management platforms.
- Experience working with financial institutions, wealth managers, or family offices is a plus.
