In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, driving their success and establishing them as strategic partners.
You'll develop comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and act as the overall owner of the customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including economic buyers, CXOs, procurement, and renewal.
- Act as the overall owner of the customer relationship.
- Gain a deep understanding of HCLSoftware's cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions portfolios.
- Develop compelling solution proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of HCLSoftware's offerings.
- Effectively negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
