Your Role as an Account Manager

">

In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams across Airwallex, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your primary focus will be on building deep relationships with your portfolio of SME customers to upsell, cross-sell, and build multi-stakeholder relationships.

We are seeking a technology-minded, Fintech enthusiast who is driven by learning the ins and outs of our platform to solve complex problems. This will enable you to work with customers to understand their needs and how Airwallex can add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Build deep relationships with your portfolio to best understand their needs and provide value-based solutions using our range of products and services.">
  3. Be an advocate for Airwallex and ensure our Business Account (SME) customers are using our services to their full potential.">
  4. Achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outputs.">
  5. Forecast and build out a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers for the business to understand how/when/what success you're driving.">
  6. Build relationships with internal stakeholders to share insights from customers and help build out the roadmap of products.">

Your Skills and Qualifications

">

We are seeking candidates with experience managing and growing B2B technology/Fintech relationships with SME accounts. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English are essential. You should have worked previously with complex sales, feeling comfortable selling to C-level executives.

">

You must be a relationship builder, able to communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds and domains. Problem-solving skills are crucial, as you will need to simplify complexity for others and find creative solutions. Success-oriented individuals who hold themselves accountable for delivering key outcomes are highly sought after.

Familiarity with API B2B sales or account management for similar organizations is beneficial but not mandatory. Our ideal candidate is technically minded, enthusiastic about Fintech, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the industry.
