Job Overview

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading our Food Services team in Hong Kong, driving business growth and development through effective account management, sales planning, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Food Services team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in HORECA and foodservice industry, coffee channel preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HORECA and foodservice industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
