Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Sales Manager at CHARGESPOT. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include account management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Focus on retail key accounts businesses, manage sales growth for the assigned key accounts, identify risk and opportunity.
- Build up and maintain good relationships with prospective and key accounts.
- Keep identifying potential new accounts, to prepare and implement appropriate accounts penetration plans.
- Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, responsible for control and evaluation of promotion effectiveness.
- Work closely with all stakeholders and business partners to plan and organize promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
- Share market trends and intelligence with management and the team.
Qualifications
- Sales and Key Accounts Management skills
- Experience in Customer Service and strong Communication skills
- Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
