Responsibilities:

  1. Develop long-term strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives.
  2. Manage the call plan for both existing and new customers and manage the assigned territories.
  3. Make regular visits to identify customers' needs and provide treatment solutions to HCP.
  4. Analyze ordering patterns & product sales and prepare all related reports and presentations as required.
  5. Provide customer services to our HCP.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
  7. Mentor junior sales representatives or newcomers.
  8. Demonstrate as a role model in sales function.
  9. Relay market insights to management.
  10. Comply with Integrity and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Science background is preferred but not a must.
  2. Bachelor Degree or above.
  3. Minimum 4 years solid experience in selling & customer management in the healthcare industry for KAE.
