The Opportunity
Lloyd's Register is a leading international technical professional service provider, offering classification, compliance, and consultancy services to the marine and offshore industry. We are committed to enhancing safety of life and property, at sea, on land, and in the air. As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop tailored strategies for our most influential clients. You will act as the Voice of the Customer, building close relationships with key accounts and driving growth through bespoke alignment.

Key Highlights
  • Develop deep understanding of client business and competitive landscape.
  • Lead development of client-focused strategies that deliver positive impact.
  • Maintain close relationship with key account Executive Sponsor and senior commercial leaders.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate a Strategic Key Account plan.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead collaboration effort with internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
  • Significant knowledge of business strategy and goal setting.
  • Experience in a Commercial Role or Key Account Management preferred.
  • Fluency in Cantonese an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading Key Accounts and building client relationships.
  • Ability to research, analyse market dynamics, and determine likely outcomes.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at different levels within organisations.
