Sales and Profit Growth Specialist

**Job Overview**
JC Executive Search is looking for a Sales and Profit Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering and developing the company's sales and profit targets.
You will identify business opportunities in major retail chains and work closely with cross-functional teams to realize those opportunities on a project basis.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or marketing and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Key Account management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage key customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to deliver and develop the company's sales and profit targets.
- Coordinate materials necessary for future business plans and assess risks foreseen.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A degree holder, preferably in business or marketing.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Key Account management.
- Strong project management experience and solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a team-oriented but stressful environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Result-oriented.
