We seek a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales and Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a vital part in cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. We are seeking a candidate with a farmer mentality, focused on building strong connections, delivering exceptional service, and maximizing account potential.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall merchant experience.
  4. Responsible for business negotiation and contract management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales/account management.
  • Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in data analysis/project management would be an advantage.
