About ConnectedGroupWe seek a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales and Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will play a vital part in cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. We are seeking a candidate with a farmer mentality, focused on building strong connections, delivering exceptional service, and maximizing account potential.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall merchant experience.
- Responsible for business negotiation and contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales/account management.
- Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis/project management would be an advantage.
