About the Job

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team at Cloudwise. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in software industry, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, SaaS, BI, and CRM/ERP.
  • Strong understanding of sales process, negotiation techniques, and relationship-building.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven individual with a track record of achieving sales targets.
